Kangaroot has been  Belgium's number one Linux and Open Source Service provider since the start in January 2000. Kangaroot started as an e-commerce project that made Linux and Open Source gadgets easily available to European customers, but focus quickly shifted to services as Linux and Open Source's popularity increased in business environments. 

Kangaroot has been a SuSE and RedHat Partner since 2000. And over the years, other partnerships have been added to make sure we have access to dedicated support, early access to new products and documentation. A service we can then use for our customers. 

Kangaroot is a passionate service company. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, getting Open Source used by customers is our second. Sometimes, we'll have to use 10 or 20 % proprietary software in a solution to make that solution match the customer's needs 100%. That's an offer we're willing to make, to get that customer satisfaction. We're not fanatic, we're realistic and make sure our customers' environments run the way they want it to run, with as much Linux and Open Source components as possible.
